    Electric drive axle

The transaxle is a mechanism located at the end of the drive train that changes the speed and torque from the transmission and transmits them to the drive wheels. The drive axle is generally composed of the main reducer, differential, wheel transmission device and drive axle shell, etc., and the steering drive axle also has a constant velocity universal joint. In addition, the transaxle is subjected to vertical, longitudinal and transverse forces acting on the road surface and the frame or body, as well as braking torque and reaction forces.

    Performance

  • Small space

The central coaxial motor is highly integrated, effectively freeing up chassis space and increasing the interior space by 15%; 20% reduction in axle volume.
  • Light weight

Reduce the weight of more than 100KG, reduce the weight of the transmission system by 20%, and effectively reduce power consumption.
  • High efficiency

Motor direct drive + cylindrical gear reduction, transmission efficiency increased by 2~3%.
  • Strong cooling

The motor water cooling system is enhanced and the cooling effect is good.
  • Easy maintenance

The motor and reducer are assembled independently for easy maintenance.
  • Many configurations

Hydraulic disc brake, pneumatic disc brake optional; Torsen differential and tooth-mounted differential lock are optional.
